This guide helps you determine how many cleaning hours to book based on your accommodation's size and your needs. It provides a general idea of how we can best support you, but it may not guarantee specific requirements. Feel free to reach out with any specific questions.
2 Hour Clean:
- Small to medium sized communal living room/kitchen area
- A studio flat (without bathroom)
- Any non-ensuite bathroom.
3 - 4 Hour Clean:
- A large communal living/kitchen area
- An entire studio (including bathroom)
- A small to medium sized communal living/kitchen area and non ensuite bathroom
5 - 6 Hour Clean
- A large communal living/kitchen area and non ensuite bathroom
- A small to medium sized communal living/kitchen area and 2 non ensuite bathrooms

Any need of a clean that is 6 hours + or a whole house end of tenancy please contact us directly so we can work out all the specific details in order to accommodate your needs.

The price that is shown covers the whole cleaning service including any specific needs we can accommodate. At the top of the page there is a calculator. This calculator is a useful tool to show how much money you could save by splitting the cost between a number of housemates.
What is part of the service?
The standard service would be sweeping the floors and surfaces, mopping the floors, cleaning under furniture and a tidy up. Any extras that are needed such as dishes washed or a bath scrub can be accommodated if communicated to us in sufficient time. When you get book your service add a message detailing any preferences.

How you can help us help you
If you book cleaning hours and the job takes less time, you’ll be reimbursed for the extra hour. If more time is needed, we can complete it on-site for an additional charge or schedule another appointment. Extra hours will always incur a fee.
Cleaning hours
When choosing cleaning hours, consider the size and condition of the space. More flatmates typically mean more cleaning time is needed. A moderate communal area usually requires 1-3 hours. Additional rooms, like bathrooms or bedrooms, typically add 1-2 hours each.
